The framework

The e1ns framework combines the phases of the PDP with the required development methods and thus offers a platform for optimally linking methods and phases to each other. The specification of milestones as well as the integrated action and document management system ensure in all phases that deadlines are maintained as well as guarantee transparency for all those involved – all over the world.

You control the PDP by specifying milestones and the activities arising in connection with them. With e1ns, you will always be able to maintain an overview. The integrated dashboard function provides you with visualized key figures regarding deadlines, activities, risks, etc. The comprehensive e1ns solution is supported by a web-based client, which guarantees global access as well as reduced installation costs.

Requirements Management

At the beginning of the development process, the focus is on the needs of the customer and the creative idea of the developer. Even the first steps require optimal conditions in order to enable efficient, methodical support and allow interdisciplinary development. Methods and data are provided so that they intermesh and can be edited and processed in parallel. Depending on the requirements, the systems are modelled (SysML) or a systematic requirements analysis (QFD) is performed. A common data and system representation increases the quality of innovation, reduces repetition in the process, and provides a sound basis for making decisions.

We create an individual method framework for you according to the methods you need for your development process. From requirements management to the test phase (e.g. the design verification plan); PLATO e1ns offers you tailor-made methods that fit your development process exactly and also provide you with the corresponding forms.
