Media Relations

For companies, associations and public institutions it is fundamental to have their issues and positions conveyed to the public in a professional way. The team Media relations helps you to plan your public appearance strategically and efficiently. PLATO supports you in the field of agenda setting as well as the development of messages specifically designed for your target groups.

Classical public relations

PLATO compiles for you press releases, informs the media with news about your company and places open editorials in relevant news papers and magazines. You profit from our established contacts towards representatives of daily and weekly journals, specialised press and journalists from agencies, radio and television.

Press Conferences

You want to present your topics in front of selected press? We support you with this! PLATO takes care of conception, realisation and postprocessing of press conferences. This includes invitation management as well as event organisation and compiling of press folders.

Training

The right handling of jounalists is not self-evident. PLATO shows you how to react calmly even to critical situations, what information a successful press release has to contain and how to efficiently address the media. During focused trainings and workshops we teach you how to interact self-confidently with the media.

Media Monitoring

In order to make topics public at an early stage or to deal with crisis efficiently you have to have an overlook over all relevant media. PLATO supports you at monitoring and analysing printed press, television, radio and internet.
